Independent scaffolding inspection and services
SAE Services have over 30 years experience in the scaffolding industry. All inspectors are time served scaffolders that hold CISRS advanced inspection cards. Having a background in scaffolding allows us to have a better understanding of the challenges faced during the erection, alteration and dismantling stages and ensures we are aligned with both the clients’ expectations whilst fully understanding the scope of work from the scaffolders. SAE Services offer independent scaffolding inspection and reporting across the UK and Ireland.
Independent Anchor tie testing
SAE services are able to offer independent scaffolding tie testing across the UK and Ireland. We use a range of manufacturers equipment to determine the load capacity and reliability of scaffolding ties to cover both preliminary testing and proof testing. All testers are time served advanced scaffolders with a wide range of experience of tying basic and complex scaffolds to a wide range of different structures.

Pre-tender scaffolding schedules support
SAE services offer a consultancy service to support companies who are looking to enter into contract.
- Scaffolding scheduling support at tender stage to help ensure all details are captured to allow more accurate pricing.
- CDM 2015 audit to evaluate the scaffolding company prior to going into contract including site visit to assess the quality and compliance of the scaffold being erected, a yard visit to assess the quantity and quality of materials that will be used on the project helping ensure the scaffolding contract are able to fulfil the tender requirements.
- Safety, training and accreditation audit done at the scaffolding contracting office to ensure that both the company and operatives have the correct skill, knowledge, attitude, training and experience to fulfil the project requirements.
